Acid Protease Enzyme, Powder, Industrial Grade, 50,000U/G  

Acid protease is fermented by good bacteria aspergillus niger.It can hydrolyze the proteins in the low PH conditions,and I t is widely used in processing the leather and etc.

Properties:

1.Temparatue:the range is from 30°C to 50°C.the optimal temperature is from 40°C to 50°C.

2.PH:The range is from 2.5 to 6.0,the optimal ph is from 2.5-3.5. Specification:

                                                  The defination of activity: At 40°C,PH3.0, 1g powder enzyme or 1ml liquid enzyme hydrolyzes casein into 1ug tyrosine in one minute as an enzyme activity unit, expressed as u/g or u/ml.

Quality standards:According with QB1805.3-93.

Reference dosage: Leather soften:8-15u/g leather weight.   

Packing, transportation and storage:

1. This product is packed  in the polybag:  2kg/bag  or in the box:20kg/box.And also can be packed according to customer’s requirement.

2. In the process of transportation and storage, it should avoid expose to sunlight, rain and moisture, be store in the dry ,cool and airy place.

 

Application notification:

Using the powder acid protease,firstly it should be soluted in 30-40°C warm water in the proportion of 1:20.After 60minutes Immersion activation,and then be stired in average,and it can be used.

Safety Usage:

Avoid inhaling enzyme, if contact with eye or skin ,it should be instantly washed with water in above ten minutes.
